	The tour is well-laid out and well-designed. A bit of gratuitous flash was the only drawback, except for a giant button on the very first page asking me to sign up for an e-mail list. I especially liked the photo of the guy at left, not only is he a cute guy but it's well photographed and I was expecting from this image that this would be pretty high-end site. Subsequent pages of the tour diminished my expectations. On the second page, I realized that this might be an attempt at a gay megasite designed by a straight person - combining bears, twinks, and studs in one site usually doesn't work. It's like combining all forms of straight porn under one roof, each category suffers from trying to be all things to all people. Even worse, the bear listed has been shown on more websites than the President - a very old photoset, at least three years old I think. From this point, my expectations were somewhat lower - they promise 300,000 photos, 150,000 videos, access to 17 megasites, live shows - the moon. And judging from the cumulative effect of the tour I expect a very sharply designed site with lots of plug-in type content that will probably not be organized in ways that will make much sense to a gay surfer like myself.
Ease of Navigation:
	Terrible. Rather than giving the impression of a neatly, organized, and thought-out members' section I get the impression of a TGP banner farm. Sometimes navigation keys are not obvious, color choices are inverted from what they should be for clear navigation (i.e., darker colors and smaller fonts hold important navigation tools, and brighter colors with clearer fonts content links). Plus, the main page looks like the Vegas strip - it's disorienting and confusing, and especially for the novice, unclear what is free and what is upsell, even what is part of the site and what is off-site.
Overall:
	PonyBoys has to be one of the worst - if not the worst - gay-oriented sites I have seen. There is minimal legitimate/owner content - a few thousand photos - and all of what I saw was old licensed content. Categorization of niches wasn't highly accurate, either. It would be better to save your money and use Google's photo search function for the content that is here, or subscribe to any other gay site I have visited for less money to get more content.
